1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the VidyaByte Student mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Purpose of the Application
VidyaByte Student is a companion utility designed for students enrolled in libraries powered by the VidyaByte Library Management Suite. It facilitates seat allotment tracking, QR attendance check-in, admission slip downloads, and self-service membership renewals.
3. User Account & Conduct
- You agree to provide accurate mobile number and registration details during login.
- You are strictly prohibited from sharing your attendance QR tokens or login credentials with other individuals to attempt fraudulent check-ins.
- Any deliberate attempt to bypass library gate security or reverse-engineer API communication will result in immediate termination of access.
4. Fees, Payments & Refunds
- Membership renewal fees are determined directly by your respective enrolled library.
- All online payments made through the app are processed via authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
- Refund policies for study seat cancellations or mid-term departures are governed by your individual library's policy. VidyaByte acts as a technical software platform.
5. Termination & Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% platform availability. However, service may occasionally be disrupted for emergency server maintenance or force majeure events.
